I contacted Joanna after experiencing hearing loss and was very impressed that I was able to have a same day appointment. I was immediately reassured by Joanna's knowledge and had microsuction, a procedure which was explained thoroughly beforehand, and also the aftercare of my ears. I cannot recommend Joanna highly enough, she was kind, caring and is so passionate about her profession. George the dog was a lovely bonus as well.

I saw Joanna today, who managed to fit me in at short notice. An incredibly friendly and professional service, Joanna explained what would happen during the procedure and was happy to answer any questions I had. It felt like an unhurried process although in actual fact it didn't take long to remove the blockage in my ear at all, but I left feeling that there had been a thorough exploration. Most importantly I can hear through both ears again!!Joanna suggested that I have my ears checked regularly (which I will do in the future) and checked that I wasn't feeling dizzy before I left.I would absolutely recommend Joanna and will book to see her again in the future. My wife Julie Hildred experienced ear issues whilst we were here on holiday ( we live in Lincoln)She did a bit of googling and found Norfolk Ear Care website very informative, professional, without confusing jargon and medical terms. Joanna's introduction of herself was a winner as she has been on her own hearing journey and therefore totally understands her clients.Acle also nice and local to the Broads and easy journey. My wife's testimonial:-Joanna was amazing. Very welcoming and kind. I had a lot of wax build up and felt pressure and very muffled hearing which had got quite bad suddenly.She explained everything beforehand and during step by step , and checking your comfort throughout.Cannot recommend her highly enough and costs also very reasonable and fair.Big thank you to her I can now enjoy my holiday for the week in now I can hear !!
